2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1/4 cup Nutritional yeast or a bit more, to taste
1 tsp kosher salt + freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
About 5 tbsp water, or as needed
.5 tablespoon olive oil
(Eliminating most of the oil from original recipe - using water instead, or a couple spoonfuls of juice from an olive jar for extra flavor)
Directions
Process all ingredients together in a food processor or high power blender, and refrigerate!
