Ingredients

    1.5 Beef chuck cut into bite size pieces or use beef stew meat from butcher counter
    2 -3 large potatoes, peeled and diced in bite size pieces
    3 carrots- peeled and diced in bite size pieces
    4 cups water to cover all of ingredients
    1 can beef broth
    1 large onion, diced

Directions

coat meat in flour, salt and pepper, place in slow cooker, add diced potatoes, carrots, onion, beef broth and water. Season with bay leaves, and any other seasonings you want to use.

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
