These warm gooey muffins are a great way to start your day! Packed with fiber and low made with fat-free muffin mix, you'll be slimming down your waist while you're slamming down muffins! These warm gooey muffins are a great way to start your day! Packed with fiber and low made with fat-free muffin mix, you'll be slimming down your waist while you're slamming down muffins!

Ingredients

    3 cups Fiber One Cereal
    2 cups warm water
    1 box fat-free Krusteaz cran-orange muffin mix
    4 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Tips

You can use any of the Krusteaz fat-free muffin mixes (blueberry, cranberry, banana, etc)


Directions

Mix Fiber One cereal with warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Then blend in Krusteaz muffin mix. Add chocolate chips. Mix well. Press back of spoon through mixture until batter is smooth. Spoon into sprayed muffin tin and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Before serving, heat slightly for a warm muffin.
