Ingredients

    4 avocados; mashed, peeled and pitted
    4 tbsp chopped onion
    2 medium tomatoes, seeds removed
    1 tsp salt
    4 tbsp chopped green chilis
    2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic minced

Directions

Mash avocado, onion, garlic, lemon juice, chilis, salt, and worchestershire sauce together to desired consistency. Dice tomatoes and cook in a skillet over medium heat until light golden brown and most of the juice has evaporated; allow to cool and then mix into the avocado mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serving Size: Makes 16 - 1/2 cup per serving
