1 scoop Vanilla Isolate Protein Powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons sugar free Lemon pudding mix
2-3 cubes of Ice
1 Tablespoon Cool Whip Free
1/8 low fat graham cracker sheet, crushed
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Top with cool whip and crushed graham cracker.
