    1 banana
    1/2 c dry old fashioned oatmeal
    1/4 c frozen spinach
    1 tab ground flax seed
    1 c almond milk, unsweetened
    handful ice cubes

Tips

Optional add ins:
1 tab cocoa powder, for chocolate smoothie
1/2 tsp chai spice, for chai smoothie
1 tsp almond extract
etc etc
