Ingredients

    Onion, 1 Cut into 4
    Chorizo, 30 grams
    Cherry Tomatoes, 10
    Chicken Fillet, 225 grams
    Rosemary, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp

Directions

Pre heat the oven to 200C. Cut the onion into quarters, and slice the chorizo. Place into a roasting tin, along with the tomatoes cut in quaters, chicken fillet, garlic(peeled and flattened but not chopped) and herbs. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
