Introduction

I love this lasagna, it's so easy to make and better for you than the original. I just let someone outside my family try it this weekend, and they thought it was great. Try with my herbed monkey bread. Both recipes can be put together the night before. Note: Parmesan cheese is not included in nutritional calculation. Best lasagna recipe I have tried. Very easy to make. Yummy !! I have made this for a work potluck but never got to taste it. It was gone by the time I got to lunch. Even better the next day. I have put this on my rotating meals. - 6/11/12

This was delicious! We all loved it. I was surprised as I didn't think the noodles would be tender, but they were. I will definitely be making this super yummy dish again! - 4/5/11
