Introduction

Not for the sodium restricted, but good for comfort food for those nights you just don't want to cook. Full of fiber and veggies. Can decrease the cheese as desired or it can be replaced with Panko. This recipe could also use Chicken instead of Tuna. Not for the sodium restricted, but good for comfort food for those nights you just don't want to cook. Full of fiber and veggies. Directions

Cook pasta

Mix together all other ingrediants except cheese in a large bowl to make the sauce

When pasta is done mix in with sauce

Layer cheese on top

Cook for 30-45 minuets until warmed through ( longer than 30 if you like your cheese to be slightly crunchy on top like my family does).
