Introduction
Not for the sodium restricted, but good for comfort food for those nights you just don't want to cook. Full of fiber and veggies. Can decrease the cheese as desired or it can be replaced with Panko. Ingredients

Milk, nonfat- .5 cup
sharp cheddar cheese ( can use reduced fat)-4 oz
Walmart Chopped Green Chilie- large can
Cambell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Condensed Soup- 2.5 cup or 1 can
starkist chunk light Tuna in water drained- 5 oz
elbow macaroni whole wheat- 2 cup
Broccoli and Cauliflower frozen- 2 cups
Fat Free Sour Cream- 1/3 cup
Tips
I like to add ground black pepper and garlic powder, but this is optional.
Directions
Cook pasta
Mix together all other ingrediants except cheese in a large bowl to make the sauce
When pasta is done mix in with sauce
Place in a 8x8 backing dish or casserole dish
Layer cheese on top
Cook for 30-45 minuets until warmed through ( longer than 30 if you like your cheese to be slightly crunchy on top like my family does).
Serving Size: Makes Six servings
