Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    *potatoe, russet, 1 serving
    *roasted green chile, 0.5 cup
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Cumin ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Knorr Tomato Bouillon, 2 tsp

Directions

Saute onions, garlic and green chile in oil. Chop meat and add to onion mixture and brown. Peel, dice potatoes and add to meat mixture. Add 2 cups of water, cumin and tomato bouillon. Cover and bring to a soft boil until potatoes are cooked.
