Ingredients

    2 eggs
    2 tbs nonfat cottage cheese
    2 tbs chopped cooked pork loin (or any other meat)
    3 spinach leaves chopped
    2 tbs feta
    2 slices of mushrooms chopped
    1/4 tsp of garlic salt
    pepper

Directions

Spray ramikan dish with olive oil. Beat eggs and mix in all ingredients. Pour into dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Cook at 350 for 25 minutes.
