Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Old Fashion Oats
    1/4 Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
    1/3 Cup Milk, I used Silk Coconut
    1/4 Cup Blueberries
    1/4 Cup Sliced Strawberries
    1 Packet No-calorie sweetener
    1/8 tsp cinnamon


    Banana and toppings not included in nutritional info.

Directions

Combine Oats, Milk, Yogurt, sweetener and cinnamon in a container with a lid. Shake well to combine. Then add berries and shake well again. Place in the refrigerator for at least a few hours and up to 2 days!!

Take out and enjoy cold!!
