Ingredients

    1/2 cup Ground Flaxseed Meal
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1tsp Cinnamin
    1tsp artificial Sweetner
    1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tbsp Butter
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Tips

These looked done on the outside but were rather raw in the center on my first try so turn your heat to medium and let them cook a little longer than with pancakes made with conventional flour.


Directions

Mix all you dry ingredients ina bowl, add the eggs and wisk, Let the batter rest for a few minutes, the batter will thicken as it sits. Add the heavy cream to thin out the batter.
