Take one look around my kitchen and you'll see why this shake is a necessity. I need, yes NEED my coffee in the morning and that is why I've been playing around a few mornings with various MRP recipes. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    - Iced Coffee: 1cup of your own flavor blended/brewed and chilled over-night, Starbuck's Frapuccino or International Delight's Iced Coffee.

    - Ice Cream: 1/2 cup or 2 scoops (Vanilla). * You may use ice cubes as well. The ice cream just gives you more of a latte effect. *

    - Protein Meal Replacement: 1-2 scoops as directed on container, (French Vanilla flavor).

    - Caramel or Chocolate Syrup: 1-2 T. (optional) for taste.

Tips

You may want to stop half-way through the blending process to hand stir the ingredients and then continue just to make sure everything is blended evenly.


Directions

Place all ingredients inside your blender or bullet. Blend all ingredients evenly. Serve in a chilled glass with a straw and a bar spoon. ENJOY!
