    1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
    1 hard boiled egg
    1 wedge laughing cow light cheese
    1 T crumbled bacon
    1 T light mayonnaise
    hot sauce (optional)

Tips

Mix up a few days worth of the egg mixture to use for a quick breakfast before work.


Directions

Toast bread and set on a baking sheet. Mix egg, cheese, bacon, mayo & hot sauce. Spread egg mixture on toast and bake at 350 degrees until heated through (5-10 minutes).
