Ingredients

    1 cooked chicken thigh, shredded
    1(4-oz) can mushroom pieces, drained
    1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
    4 large eggs
    2 cups skim milk
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 tsp dried marjoram
    1 tsp dried basil

Tips

This recipe could be altered using any cooked meat or vegetable.


Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle chicken, mushrooms and cheese into bottom of prepared pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth. Pour over meat and cheese. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes; Reduce heat to 300 and bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean, about 30 min. Allow to set-up for 10 minutes.
