Ingredients

6 oz. Chobani Greek Non-Fat Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
Lime Juice (juice from 1 wedge)
2 Tbsp. Fresh Shallot
Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Tips
We put this on fish (tilapia) tacos. Can also be used as a dressing or dip.
Directions
Roughly chop cilantro and shallot. Place all ingredients except salt and pepper into a food processor or blender. Puree ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add more lime juice also, if desired.
