Ingredients

    *Trader Joe's Seafood Blend, 1 serving (remove)
    Saffron, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 6 oz (remove)
    *Brown Basmati Rice (Trader Joe's), 1 cup (remove)
    *Trader Joe's Chicken Broth, Free Range, 2 cup (remove)
    White Wine, 2 fl oz (remove)
    *Trader Joe's Chopped Sea Clams, 1 serving (remove)
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Sautee onions, garlic and olive oil for a couple minutes. Add tomatoes and sautee for another two minutes. Stir in rice and let sautee in the mixture for five minutes, until rice is browning. Add chicken broth, white wine and herbs. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 15 minutes. Add seafood and reduce heat to lowest possible setting until rice is cooked to liking (another 25 minutes for my tastebuds).
