Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup Idahoan Original Mashed Potatoes, unprepared
    1 1/3 cup water
    2/3 cup 2% milk
    2 Tbsp. unsalted real butter
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
    1/8 tsp. McCormick salt free All Purpose Seasoning
    1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Tips

If you use skim milk, you can shave a few more calories. You can use margarine, but you will add sodium and decrease flavor. Calories will be the same, cholesterol will change. You can use your own favorite herbs without changing the nutritional values.


Directions

Heat water and butter but do not boil. Stir in milk and seasoning. Remove from heat and let stand. Stir with a fork before serving.

Serving Size: 3 half cup servings
