    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    3/4 cup sour cream
    4 tbsp chives
    4 tbsp parsley
    2 tsp tarragon
    1 tsp anchovy paste
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    3 pieces - green onion tops
    Salt and pepper to taste.

Tips

Use fresh if at all possible.
