Ingredients

    1 lb of ground turkey
    1 can diced tomato
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 packet of taco seasoning
    1 packet of ranch dressing mix
    1 cup of corn frozen or caned
    1/2 cup pinto beans drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup kidney beans drained and rinsed
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 1/2 cup water
    low fat sour cream, cheese, and tortilla chips for garnish

Directions

brown onion in small amount of olive oil then add ground turkey to cook with the onion. after meat has browned drain any excess oil from meat, add taco seasoning and the ranch seasoning. add remaining ingredients bring to a simmer stirring occationaly. let simmer for 10minutes garnish with tortilla chips, low fat sour cream and cheese. this soup should not be too watery but not as thick as a chili, you may have to adjust the amount of water to your liking.
