Ingredients
-
Pop’s tuna
Tuna one 4.5oz can
Dill Pickle one large, 87grams
Mayo 1-tbsp, 41grams
Yellow Mustard 1-tsp, to taste
Egg, Boiled 3 large
Tips
Now’ you can add fresh chopped onion, or olives. Maybe some celery or water chestnuts. But that’s getting all fancy like you’d do at a wedding, or party, i make this stuff all the time, down and dirty, give me something quick and tasty. Enjoy.
Directions
K’ first throw (gently) your eggs in to boil, 15-20 min. or so. Then, while the eggs are boiling cut up your pickle (and mix up your favorite drink…, clean off the table and such…ha!). Open the tuna and drain off the excess water, or it’ll be runny. In a’ old empty large butter tub, dump the tuna and cut up pickle, then throw in the boiled egg (minus the shell). I use the side of the tub to mince up the egg with a sharp knife, it prevents me from having to chase down all those little egg pieces… add the mayo and mustard, mix all well, and wa’la’… quick magic, pop’s tuna.
