Introduction

Ingredients

    Mix together all the dry ingredients in one bowl.
    Melt butter.
    Beat eggs together.
    Slowly add melted butter to beaten eggs.
    Add egg & Butter mix to lemon juice and milk.
    Add wet mix to dry mix. Stir and cook on griddle.
    Dig in.

Serving Size: Makes around a dozen +depending on how much batter (I use 1/2 cup per pancake)
