Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 0.25 head, large (about 7" dia)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Shrimp, raw, 16 oz
    yakisoba instant noodles, 8 serving ( maruchan brand)
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp

Tips

I eat this with 1/3 cup rice and a grilled chicken drumstick. So enjoy.


Directions

1. Make instant noodles as directed leaving out seasoning packets.
2. In a large pan or wok cook raw shrimp with olive oil and seasonings over medium heat.
3. Add veggies to shrimp.
4. Add noodles and seasoning packets.
5. Stir fry for 5-7
