Healthy Easy vegan sauce.

Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Yellow Peppers 1 pepper
    *Cellery, Raw -1 Stalk
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, 1 tbsp
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Veg Gravy granules
    Magon Chutney

Tips

Works well with sugarsnap peas and baby corn.
I often fined when I have a sweat main course I'm less tempted by desert.


Directions

Chop onions, peppers and celery finely and fry in oil until onions are transparent, add herbs and chilli fry briefly then add a cup of water then all other ingredients.
Simmer until thickened add more water or gravy until suitable consistency.

Can be used for grilled fish or tofu (or to liven up veggi burgers).
Serve with veg or salad.

Serving Size: makes about a mixing jug full enough for 3-4 people.
