    1/2 cup black beans, canned
    1/4 cup kernel corn, canned
    1/4 cup Vidalia onions, sliced thinly
    1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp lime juice
    1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
