Ingredients

    1/2 cup gluten free oats
    1/2 cup rice, soy, almond milk
    1/4 cup golden raisins
    1 small banana
    1 small apple
    1 tablespoon whole flax seeds
    cinnamon for taste

Tips

If you don't like your oatmeal cold, you can cook it before hand and add your fruit, cinnamon and flax seeds to it. It will be just as good, but I find that the cold oats are faster in the morning.


Directions

Place oats, raisins and rice milk into a serving bowl and let soak (you may need to add a few tablespoons of water if you don't want it so thick). While the oats are soaking, cut up banana and apple into bite size pieces. Add fruit to bowl along with flax seed. Sprinkle cinnamon on top for tase!
