Ingredients

    1 Can - Tuna (in water), drained
    2 Tbsp - Greek Yogurt, plain, nonfat
    2 Tbsp - Salsa
    1/2 of an Avocado, cubed (roughly!)
    Juice of half a lime.
    1/2 tsp - Onion powder
    1/4 tsp - Garlic powder
    1/4 tsp - Cumin
    1/2 Cup - Black beans, no salt added or very well rised.
    1/2 Cup - Red peppers, diced
    2 Tbsp - Green onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp - Fresh Cilantro (optional)

Directions

Serving Size: 2
1. In a medium size bowl, combine the tuna, yogurt, cumin, onion and garlic powders and lime juice. Mix well with a fork, cutting tuna in to small pieces.
2. Fold in the Avocado, black beans, peppers and green onions.
3. Season with additional lime juice and sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
SERVE with a whole grain tortilla or some fruit for a more complete meal.
