    2 slices of rye bread

    40z( 1 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms)

Tips

Any rye bread will do, i use polish chelib, it has more flavor than wheat bread
quick easy light breakfast, brunch or snack requires no butter or reduced fat spread as the moisture of the mushrooms softens the toast . yummy!!!


Directions

put rye bread in toaster,
cook sliced mushrooms in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes
or 2 minutes in a small pan.
serve mushrooms on the rye bread toast
season to taste.
