Ingredients

    (all cans are 15oz. unless stated otherwise)

    chili beans - 2 cans
    kidney beans - 4 cans
    stewed tomatoes - 2 cans
    onion - 1
    tomato sauce - 1 can
    tomato paste - 1 6oz. can
    ground beef - 2 pounds
    chili powder - 1/2 cup
    water - 4 cans
    jalapeņos - 1 or 2, optional

Tips

You can rinse the kidney beans to reduce the amount of sodium.


Directions

Brown and drain ground beef, then chop onion. Add all ingredients into a large pot, and cook on medium heat until the onions turn clear.
