*Matzo Ball & Soup Mix- Streit's, 9 serving (remove)
Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
*Parsnip, boiled, drained, with salt (1 parsnip, 9" long, 160g), 3 serving (remove)
Carrots, raw, 4 medium (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
Celery, raw, 6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
Turnips, 2 medium (remove)
Dill weed, fresh, .25 cup sprigs (remove)
*osem chicken style consumme - instant soup powder, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cut all veggies, dump in pot; Cover with water and heat, add broth powder. Bring to boil and reduce, cooking until vegetables are tender.
Prep matzo ball mix per instructions on packet.
Spoon matzo balls into broth and cook, covered, as instructed on package.
Add pepper and dill to taste.
