Introduction

I eat this for my low carb breakfast many mornings. This and a couple of pieces of bacon. Yum! I eat this for my low carb breakfast many mornings. This and a couple of pieces of bacon. Yum!

Ingredients

    6 Hard boiled eggs
    3 Tbls regular mayonaisse
    1 Tbls dill pickle relish (not sweet)
    1 Tbls yellow mustard
    1 tsp white pepper
    1 tsp dried dill (optional but very good)

Directions

Hard boil the eggs
Cut up or shreed the eggs
Add the mayo, pickle relish, mustard, pepper and dill
Mix all together and eat plain or on lettuce or if not low carb eating then have on bread or crackers.

Serving Size: This makes 2 servings of 3 eggs each.
