    2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    30 oz. canned diced tomatoes
    4 oz. green chilies, chopped
    30 oz. Progresso canned black beans
    1 c. salsa
    15 oz. canned tomato sauce


Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. Remove chicken, chop and return to pot.

Extras (not included in calories): Serve with tortilla chips and cheddar cheese on top.
