    3 c brown basmati rice
    3 c cooked chickpeas
    1 c chopped celery
    1 c frozen peas
    1/2 c red pepper
    1/2 c onion

    1/4 c olive oil
    2 tbs braggs soy sauce
    1 tbs balsamic vinegar

Tips

you can add celery seed, curry powder, or use lemon or lime juice in the dressing.

mix dressing ingredients together
add all ingredients and toss
