Ingredients

    2 Lg. red, ripe tomatoes (1/8"-1/4" diced)
    1 C. white onion (1/8"-1/4" diced)
    2 jalapeno (deseeded and finely minced)
    2 limes (squeezed and juiced)
    3 TBS. fresh chopped cilantro
    1 tsp. kosher salt

Tips

Serve with fresh baked pita chips or with your favorite mexican meal. Taste great with eggs too.


Directions

Dice tomato, onion and jalapeno. Mix together in bowl.

Add chopped cilantro (leaves only), salt and lime juice.


Chill and allow flavors to merry for at least 1 hour.
