Ingredients

    2 cups of lowfat milk
    1.5 cups egg beaters
    6 large fresh eggs
2 cups kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie Bread (torn into cubes, do not pack bread into measuring cup)
12 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 10 oz package of frozen spinach, thawed
    1 tblsp dried ground mustard
    salt and peppar to taste

Tips

It seems that the 30 minute time letting the pan sit out prior to baking helps the egg consistiency. I have tried using only egg beaters, but have noticed a difference in taste. The 1/2 & 1/2 split
