Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 Pkg of Orzo - 8 oz
    1/4 Cup Agave Syrup
    3 Tbl Cider Vinegar
    1 Tbl EVOO
    1 Tbl Dijon Mustard
    1/2 Can Garbonzo Beans
    1/4-1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
    1/2 Pkg Basil - chopped
    1/4 Pkg Mint - chopped
    12 Grape Tomatoes

Directions

Cook Orzo Al Dente and rinse with cold water. Mix Agave, Vinegar, Oil and Mustard with wisk and refrigerate. Add All other ingredients to cold orzo. Add dressing just before serving.
