Ingredients

    Salmon 28 oz.
    Celery Seed
    Dry Mustard
    1 juiced lemon
    1 juiced lime
    1 bumch of fresh dill
    2 tbls. red pepper flakes
    1 tbls. salt
    .5 tbls. sugar
    1 tbls.celery seed
    2 cloves of fresh garlic
    1 tsp. of cumin

Tips

If too tart you can always exclude the lime!


Directions

Put all ingredients except salmon in blender, blend until smooth. Pour mixture over salmon in a baking sheet. Let marinate for 1 hour and then bake in oven for 20-25 mins at 400 degrees.
