Ingredients

    12 oz soft tofu, water pressed out
    2 T minced garlic
    2 t salt
    1 t onion powder
    2 T oregano
    4 cups Ronzoni Smart Ones Penne Rigata
    2 cups Classico Four Cheese Pasta Sauce

Directions

Cook pasta to taste. While is it cooking, put all other ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Heat and toss with cooked pasta.
