Ingredients

    1 (3 oz) pkg Lemon Jello
    1 (20 oz) can Crushed Pineapple, undrained
    1/2 cup Lowfat Cottage Cheese
    1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip lite

Directions

Pour pineapple into a sauce pan; heat until almost boiling. Remove from heat and add jello. Let cool; fold in cottage cheese and cool whip. Cool in refrigerator about an hour or until jello sets.

Serving Size: Makes 6 - 3/4 cup servings
