Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
    1 T Lemon Zest
    1 Can Eagle Brand Reduced Fat Condensed Milk
    4 T Sugar
    2 eggs
    Graham Cracker Crust
    15 Reduced Fat Vanilla Wagers

Tips

Taste best with fresh squeezed lemon juice but can use bottled for convenience.


Directions

Combine Juice, Milk, lemon Zest, 2 egg yolks(beaten) set aside. Mix with blender egg whites until stiff slowly add sugar and beat another 90 seconds. Add to juice mixture. Line vanilla wafers around pie shell for sides add mixture and put in freezer overnight or at least 5 hrs.
