Ingredients

2- 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed or fresh
1 cup of frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup Kraft nonfat cheddar cheese
Salt (if desired)
Black pepper
Garlic Powder
Dried or fresh parsley
Meat twine or toothpicks
No calorie olive oil cooking spray
Tips
Can also be made open face, but don't add the spinach cheese mixture until the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
Directions
(1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
(2) Take a knife and cut almost down the length of the breast in order to form a pocket.
(3) In a mixing bowl, combine drained and thawed spinach and nonfat cheddar cheese.
(4) Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, and salt (if desired).
(5) Spoon cheesy spinach mix into the pockets on the chicken breasts.
(6) Take meat twine or toothpicks to seal up the opening.
(7) Spray cooking pan with no calorie olive oil spray and also spray a little bit on top of the chicken.
(8) Bake for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear.
