Ingredients

    Celentano Cheese Ravioli Mini Rounds, 24 oz
    *Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 8 cups
    2 cups water
    Zucchini, baby, 2 medium
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package 10 oz
    1 cup chopped onion
    *Jennie-O Turkey Store Sausage Turkey Italian Sweet 5 links casing removed
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup
    red pepper flakes to taste
    garlic salt to taste

Directions

heat a saute pan and add turkey sausage casing removed and cook until no longer pink remove from pan and set aside heat a large stock pot spray with cooking spray and saute onion til softened add zuchini saute a few minutes longer add broth and water bring to a boil lower heat to a simmer and add raviolis stir to separate once cooked add spinach and cook a few minutes longer.

place 1 oz meat in bottom of bowel place 7 raviolis and broth and veggies top with 1 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese

Serving Size: 1 oz meat, 7 raviolits and broth with veggies
