Introduction

Original recipe called for sole, but I substituted the pollock because it was on sale. Original recipe called for sole, but I substituted the pollock because it was on sale.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 4- ounce fish fillets
    2 TBSP rice vinegar
    1 TBSP reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 tsp toasted sesame oil
    Sriracha sauce to taste
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1 small red pepper, cut into strips (about 1/2 cup)
    2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)

Directions

Whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, honey oil, chili sauce and ginger an set aside. Divide the red pepper strips into 3 servings and place each in the middle of a 14" square piece of foil. Top with fish fillets and drizzle vinegar mixture over top. Fold the foil into packets. Grill over medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes. Open packets and garnish with green onions.

    Loved the flavor of this sauce! Used cod because it looked the freshest at the market. I doubled the sauce to have a little extra to pour over the fish after cooking. - 7/24/12
