Ingredients

    *White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, .5 grams (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 5 medium (remove)
    Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (remove)
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

boil 4 cups of water ,add thyme,half j.peppers,chopped onion and garlic,then add rice and cook.
Add beans just as water start to simmer down and cook well.

GRAVY
warm oil in frying pan then add thyme ,oregano,slice onions, j. peppers,garlic and saute until onion slightly brown then add ketchup and salmon(minus the bones) and saute.
Add water and simmer for about 30-45 minutes
