    Hunt's Diced tomatoes, no salt (whole can)
    Private Selection Organic Tomato Sauce,(whole can)
    kroger key largo blend vegtables, frozen, half bag
    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 10 oz
    *The Switch (Black Cherry), (whole can)
    *Stevia, 1 Tbls
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Potato, raw, 1 large
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Defat leftover roast meat and shred into stew pot
add all other ingredients,
stir,
bring to a boil, then cut down to simmer
cover and simmer for at least 30 mins.
