Ingredients

1 tbsp Peanut Butter, creamy
1 cup 365 Organic Vanilla Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Wheat Flour
1.25 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt
0.1 tsp Cloves, grounded
1 small banana, diced
Tips
* You should barely see any chunks left from peanut butter
** Doing it this way helps from burning the banana
Directions
1. Whisk Peanut Butter, Almond Milk and Vanilla Extract in mixing bowl until well mixed *
2. Add 1/2 cup of flour and Whisk until full incorporated
3. Add the rest of flour and ingredients (except for banana) and whisk till smooth and lumpy
4. Spray pan with PAM
5. Add 1 tbsp of batter to pan
6. Immediately add a few chunks of banana on top of batter
7. Add 1 tbsp of batter over banana **
8. Finish cooking pancake as normal
