Ingredients

    2 C Romaine Lettuce
    1 C Veggie Crumbles
    1 C Fat-Free Refried Beans
    1/4 C Pepper Stir-Fry
    1 tsp Taco Seasoning
    2 oz Low-fat Mexican Blend Cheese
    1/4 C Jalapenos
    1 oz Baked Tortilla Chips

Directions

Combine veggie crumbles, pepper stirfry, taco seasoning in a large saucepan. Cook on medium heat until warmed through. Add refried beans to pan and stir to combine. Serve "beef" and beans over lettuce and top with cheese, jalapenos, and crushed chips.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Large Salad
