Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef
    1 large chopped onion
    2 bell peppers
    2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2 large cans Muir Glen Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
    To taste:
    Soy Sauce
    Cumin
    Chili Powder
    ground black pepper

Tips

I've made it in the crock pot - it's very good!

We also add frozen corn to the pot sometimes, at the same time as the beans.


Directions

brown the ground beef along with the onion and pepper. drain. return to pot. add beans, tomatoes, and seasonings. bring to boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer about 25 minutes.
