28 ozs Turkey Meat, Ground
1 4oz Can Thai Sour Curry Paste
3 Tbsp Corriander Chutney
3 Tbsp Garlic, minced or pressed
.5 Tbsp Ginger Powder
1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Pepper, Crushed Red
Since Ovens vary, check the Meatballs after 30 minutes. Do not overcook or the Meatballs will be dry.
Vary the spices according to your taste. I like my meatballs spicy, but if you don't, don't add the crushed red pepper.
2. Add the Ground Turkey Met and mix well.
3. Form into 16 equal sized/weight meatballs.
4. Place on an oven safe baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
